EZ-PC SERVICE AND
WARRANTY AGREEMENT.
By accepting delivery
of this EZ-PC Service personal computer, client acknowledges and consent to all
terms and condition contained herein. The EZ-PC warranty agreement
extends to defects in EZ-PC personal computer hardware components for a one
year period commencing upon delivery date of the PC, subject to terms,
conditions and other limitations of all original component manufacturers
warranty agreements.
The customer shall
receive telephone tech support from EZ-PC service for a 18 month period to
commence upon the delivery date of the EZ-PC Service PC. Telephone tech
support is available seven days a week, 8:00am - 8:00 pm, EST.
EZ-PC Service will
provide on-site service to the EZ-PC personal computer for one years,
where customer is located within the immediate Hampton Roads, VA metropolitan
area, and will cover all parts and labor for repair during that one year
warranty period, subject to original manufacturers' warranties terms and
conditions.
On-site service is not
available to EZ-PC Service customers residing outside the Hampton Roads, VA
area; additionally, out-of-area customers must pay shipping to and from EZ-PC
Service's physical address.
In all cases, this
EZ-PC Service warranty and labor agreement is subject to terms and conditions
of existing, original component manufacturers' warranties. Following
expiration of the EZ-PC Service parts and labor agreement, client's remedies
are limited to all original component manufacturers' warranties terms and
conditions.
EZ-PC Service tech support does not extend to the elimination of or
damage resulting from Viruses,
This EZ-PC Service
limited warranty does not extend to issues or failure that result from external
causes, including but not limited to accident, abuse, misuse, or damage, direct
or indirect, caused by electrical power, storm or water damage, lightning
related damage, servicing of computer not authorized by EZ-PC Service or usage
that is not in otherwise in accordance with component instructions and/or
manufacturers' warranties, if such is found to be the cause of the damage.
Failure to adhere to
EZ-PC personal computer or component instructions, failure to perform
preventive maintenance and failure to keep the computer in a properly
ventilated and cooled space will void this warranty.
Issues or failure
caused by using software, accessories, parts or components not supplied by
EZ-PC Service and/or not installed by EZ-PC Service may void this warranty if
it is determined by EZ PC Service that the software or hardware installation
caused the failure of the PC or that the installer otherwise damaged the
PC. This warranty agreement is non-transferable.
This warranty agreement is contingent upon the client
exhibiting due diligence in contacting EZ-PC Service before installing any part
in the EZ-PC personal computer that in any way materially alters the design
and/or air flow of the EZ-PC personal computer or increases power requirements
of the PC. Any service to or modification of the EZ-PC personal
computer not performed by EZ-PC Service shall void this warranty.
